    My hotel room was spotless and new-fashioned with 2 double beds. The location was fab, at a medium distance from a large urban plaza. The property itself was in a very convenient area, near the major sights and museums and center and good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and the like.

    Good location, all clean and new.

    Breakfast is very scarce and expensive. Very loud from the street. It's impossible to sleep. The room is small.

    Magnificent and incredible location so close to Hyatt Centric Gran Via as well as good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and the like, a minute walk from a large urban plaza. The king room with a terrace and the aircon plus view of Gran Via. Incredible breakfast options.

    I loved the fine buildings and cute staff, making my stay super enjoyable while being a few steps away from Gran Via and just a short walk from El Retiro Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll and some fresh air.

    Hyatt centric was perfect for our family with its amazing location on gran via. The room was super clean, and the view from the window was to die for! Breakfast had a great variety and the staff were pretty good too make sure we had everything we needed. The fitness center was open 24/7, a plus for my active family.
